Haylea Knisley Wins National Competition

Haylea Knisley was the first place winner in the 2018 National Association of Conservations Districts (NACD) in the grades 7-9 division.  Her work was chosen at the during the NACE’s 73rd Annual Meeting Inspirational Session.  Knisley who is a freshman at Logan Elm High School created her poster in Enrichment Art during 8th grade at McDowell Exchange School.  The theme for the 2018 competition was “Watersheds: Our Water, Our Home.”
